Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Remote Social Media Manager to join our team at Lazada Philippines. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and interacting with our online community. This is a full-time entry-level position based in Quezon City, NCR, PH, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns - Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management - Independent and resourceful personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and leadership abilities - Proficiency in using social media platforms and scheduling tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
