Job Description:

Qwikwire, a leading fintech company in Manila, is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our platform.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our platform - Create engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others - Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and maximize ROI - Respond to customer inquiries and engage with followers to build brand loyalty - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social media strategies with overall business goals - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in social media management - Proven track record of managing social media accounts and growing online communities - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Reliable and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Experience in people management and working effectively in a team - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
