Social Media Manager

First Circle is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Manila, NCR, PH. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in social media management. The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits: resilience and energy, as well as soft skills in project management and strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing strategies - Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices - Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven experience in social media management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent project management and organizational skills - Ability to think creatively and strategically - Knowledge of social media analytics tools - Proficiency in graphic design software is a plus
