Location: Mandaluyong or BGC, Taguig (Onsite)Schedule: Graveyard shiftOverall Purpose:Lead the team responsible for various activities in RTR-Intercompany; Bank reconciliations & monthend related activities.RESPONSIBILITIES:-Ensure readiness for month end activities, adherence to cut offs and completeness of all entries doneby the team.-Ensure integrity of balance sheet transactions and statutory compliance-Ensure team alignment to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-termgoals.-Identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility and propose potential solutions.You will need to flag risks to clients and the company's stakeholders and propose action plans whereneeded.Job Qualifications:-Must have at least 5 years managerial experience handling transactional RTR (Record-to-Report) from a Global Shared Services/BPO industry-Understands US Accounting principles and procedures-Flexibility to work with different countries (time-zones), groups, and business environment-Good quantitative and analytical skills-Decision making and problem-solving skills-Experience in Automation & Digitization-Good working knowledge on Month-end closing, intercompany process, bank reconciliations, cashmanagement and cash accounting, fixed assets processes.-Require analytical skills and should be able to perform detailed analysis on aged open items andprovide proposal to clear the open items-Ability to work under pressure & flexibility to meet demanding deadlines is essential.Must be willing to complete pre-employment requirements such as proof of education (TOR/Diploma), NBI, etc.
