Job Summary:The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that aligns with our company's overall goals and objectives.Salary Offer: P40,000 - 50,000Job Description:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that aligns with our company's overall goals and objectives.- Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, including sales representatives, marketing coordinators, and other support staff.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and other strategic alliances.- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product and service offerings that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.- Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives, including forecasting, planning, and reportingEnsure effective use of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other technology platforms to drive sales and marketing efforts.- Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management on sales and marketing performance, including metrics such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our sales and marketing efforts are innovative and effective.Job Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or Business Management or related field.- With more than 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness, particularly in TELCO Industry.- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams of sales and marketing professionals.- Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other marketing automation tools. -Good leadership and problem-solving skills. -Good decision-making skills.Benefits:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Free parking- Health insurance- Life insurance- On-site parking- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employee- Staff meals providedSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Monday to Friday- Supplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- Do you have any training or certification that can help you perform well in this role?Experience:- Sales and Marketing related: 3-5 Years of experience.Ability to Commute:- Pasay City (Required)
