JOB DESCRIPTION Analyze sales performance, sales data, conversion rates, and sales initiative results. Conduct market research and share findings with the management. Providing accurate sales forecasts and allocating resources to meet targets. Develop and implement marketing plans by setting goals and objectives to reach customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional). Keeping up-to-date with advancements in marketing and creating marketing materials for website and other marketing platforms. Maintaining relationships with existing customers and building new accounts through prospecting and networking. Performing other duties when needed. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar. Valid driver's license is an advantage. Work is more on office-based. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to diagnose problems and find solutions. Excellent customer service and leadership skills. Willingness to work overtime when required.
