Duties and Responsibilities • Greet and engage customers in a courteous and professional manner. • Provide personalized assistance to clients, understanding their preferences and guiding them through the luxury product selection. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business. • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and upselling techniques. • Actively participate in sales initiatives and promotional events to drive revenue. • Utilize strong math skills to process transactions accurately and efficiently. • Stay informed about the latest trends, features, and benefits of luxury products. • Communicate effectively about the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and unique selling points. • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve collective goals. • Utilize basic computer skills to input customer information, process transactions, and maintain accurate records. • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment. Qualifications • Basic computer skills for transaction processing and data entry. • Strong math skills for handling financial transactions and ensuring accuracy. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Willingness to work in either the Mandaluyong store or Makati location. • Exceptional customer service skills with a keen ability to understand and fulfil customer needs. • Hardworking, fast learner, and highly organized. • Enjoyment in interacting with diverse clientele and adapting to different customer profiles.
