Job Description: · Following up the business leads by phone & email. · Monitor and track each step of the process to ensure that all internal and identified external timelines are met. · Responsible for supporting product management team in line with sales and administrative tasks. · Responsible for preparing and generating reports such as sales performance per product line, sales funnel, and other analogous reports. · Ensure that all Key Performance Indicators related tasks are achieved and met. · Performs duty for the team’s back up system. · Performs other assigned duties as assigned by superior. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business or related fields. · Must have excellent writing, verbal communication, and negotiation skills. · Well-organized and has keen attention to detail. · Must be organized, and a team player. · Has experience in data management and data analytic software such as Google sheets and Microsoft Excel (PivotTable, Vlookup or Xlookup, Conditional formatting) Other Details: Salary Offer : Php 20,000 - Php 25,000/monthly Working Schedule: 9AM - 6PM Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
