Responsibilities: • Mainly responsible for day-to-day activities inside the showroom (product sales, customer inquiries online and instore, and showroom cleanliness and arrangement) • Conduct site visits to client's residence or commercial space, when necessary to determine which products to use for the project • After site visits, provide a written selection of products (including item number, item description, and quantity). • After site visits, provide a written report (including photos) on the findings of the site visit. • Prepare renderings and sketches of recessed ceiling plan (RCP) for pendant lamp compositions, when necessary or as requested • Prepare renders and technical specifications for clients. • Assist in all technical, design, and installation related requirements of the company. • Prepare and send product quotations to clients when necessary. •Follow-up sent quotations to clients when necessary. Document and record, by means of photography, any residential or commercial projects completed and delivered for marketing purposes. • Provide recommendations related to Interior Design and Space Planning to Kalikasan Crafts for residential or commercial projects when necessary JOB SPECIFICATIONS College graduate with a formal degree on Interior Design or Industrial Design. With at least 1 year work experience related to Interior Design, Space Planning, or Industrial Design. • With experience in actual design related projects completed in the past, whether residential or commercial. Proof of portfolio required. With good mastery of Microsoft Office Applications and programs related to Interior Design and Space Planning. • Knowledgeable in the use of Google Sketch-up program. • Will be working in our showroom in PASIG.
