As a Sales Account Manager, your role will involve handling all leads and renewals in your assigned geographical area. You will guide them through the complete sales cycle, starting from the initial outreach, progressing to quoting, and concluding with the final closure. Your duties extend to effectively overseeing various facets of the sales process, ensuring a smooth and prosperous customer journey. Other duties will involve: -Growing and expanding the client base -Progressing customers' businesses -Addressing client requirements and expectations -Interacting with client corporate offices -Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to ensure your clients' needs are met -Meeting monthly targets Qualifications & Expertise: -Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BDM/Account Management role -Valuable experience in the IT Industry sector is an advantage but not required. -Okay with occasional field work/ face to face client proposals and meetings -Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment -Strong customer-centric focus, proficient in managing multiple accounts -Confident and amiable demeanor with good verbal and written communication skills -Goal-driven with a passion for accomplishment Join our team and be part of IMADZ family!
