Prepare leasing reports and analyze leasing metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.7. Cultivate positive relationships with property owners, investors, and external partners to enhance leasing opportunities and partnerships.8. Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes affecting the leasing market.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
