POSITION OBJECTIVE: The job of a Sales Promodiser is to introduce a product, and have enough knowledge about how it works and would like to encourage the people to buy the product. They plan and manage product varieties, do inventories, displays and promotions. They collaborate with clients/customers, suppliers and sales teams to have the right products in stock, on the shelf and in attractive displays at the right price to interest customers and produce sales. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ➢ Greet customers and offer them assistance. ➢ Advise customers by providing information on products. ➢ Sell products being promoted, and keep records of sales. ➢ Suggest your product to purchase it and meet customers’ needs. ➢ Give tours to customers where specific products are located. ➢ Recommend your product or service to customers. ➢ Display the delivered products, take inventory, and monitor product defects or damages and report on bad order items/products. ➢ Continuously exert best effort to improve existing store/showroom display. ➢ Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. ➢ Keep areas neat while working, and return items to correct locations following demonstrations. ➢ Attend company meetings and/or trainings as required. COMPETENCIES/ABILITIES/SKILLS REQUIRED: ➢ College level or at least high school graduate. ➢ At least 6 months of working experience as Sales Promodiser ➢ Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, customer service, sales and marketing skills. ➢ Extensive product knowledge, the ability to set daily sales targets and meet them, and the power to influence customers. ➢ Experience in wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage. ➢ Physically fit to work, and willing to start immediately. -SM NORTH Edsa -Mattress /Furniture's
