Job description . Develop new distribution channels in the given /assigned territories and market segment. · Develop new customer accounts · Executes marketing and lead generation initiatives specifically targeted towards the territory · Builds relationships with client and partners to increase coverage and capacity · Work closely with pre- sales resources to undertake customer visits (if necessary) · Generates incremental revenue through prospecting, cold-calling, up-selling and cross-selling activities within a territory or account · Follows up with customers to track satisfaction levels and to uncover additional opportunities. · Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations · Active interaction and coordination with sales and operations teams for seamless sales execution and order fulfilment · Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential · Submit weekly report to the Sales Manager CRITERIA : · Ability to manage his/her sales activities and meet/exceed sales targets / quota. · Ability to develop new distributors/agents (direct sales to end users) · Able to prioritize in a high inquiry environment. · Excellent written and oral communication skills in English · Bachelor / College Degree · At least 1-2 years of experience as Sales Representative, preferably in distribution companies dealing with industrial and commercial products and services.
