1. Attends to the requirement of GMA Regional Sales Manager.2. Sales Admin works such as prepare mailings nationwide.3. Prints Email, Request Letter and Memos of Sales Concern.4. Check and Print Purchase Orders in Portal.5. Responsible for coordinating with GMA Sales Personnel and Sales Support Assistant.6. Check and Encoding of Daily Sales and Remittance Reports in Google sheet.7. Handles and maintains records Repairs and Maintenance of Sales Vehicle, In charge of requisition of Sales Office Supplies and accountable forms.8. Attends to the requirements of Sales Support Assistant.9. Perform other duties may be assigned from time to time.Qualifications:-Graduate of any 4-year course-At least with 2-years work experienceSkill/Other Requirements-Knowledgeable in various computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel V lookup, Pivot, MS Powerpoint)-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
