• Responsible for taking orders from sales people, booking the order with the supplier, follow up documentations, complaint management and integration of all sales result. • Handling ex-stock business. • Processing of all commercial/legal documents and ensuring accuracy. • In charge for accounting in terms of distribution and collection follow up. • Maintain contact with customers and suppliers. • Evaluates the efficiency of transportation and process improvements in order to optimize the distribution process. • Responsible to in-coming and out-going order processing and documentation, including generating delivery/shipping of documents. • Liaise with internal and external transport companies/departments for timely in-coming/out-going shipments. • Ensure prompt and accurate declaration of permits and prompt delivery and clearance of shipments. • Investigate and action all non-conformance and recommend corrective actions. • Performs other tasks that maybe assigned by the supplier or required by the position. QUALIFICATION • Bachelor’s Degree in any course • At least 3 year secretarial /marketing assistant or related experience • Know SAP system • Effective communication and presentation • Fluent in English (reading, writing & speaking) • Computer Literate • Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
