Our client, a mid-sized BPO company with offices in Ortigas and Antipolo, is in need of a Senior HR Manager with the following qualifications: - Must be an HR Generalist in a managerial capacity, but stronger in compensation & benefits/total rewards and employee/labor relations - MUST HAVE experience in the BPO industry, effectively managing more than 1,000 employees - Willing to work onsite and shifts; willing to work in Ortigas Pasig with occasional visits to the Antipolo site
