Social Media Manager

Centaur Marketing is looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to join its growing team. New hires should be highly organized & creative wordsmiths who will post on behalf of our clients on their social media pages.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Organizing and putting together a highly effective monthly social media plan for various clients’ social media pages
• Developing effective copy for client's social media pages (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Having a strong understanding of what’s happening in the fast changing world of social and digital media, what competitors are doing, and what new measurement tools are being used
• Problem-Solving to figure out how to best communicate a company's message on different platforms
• Being friendly and approachable online will help.
• Highly proficient with Facebook Business Manager and Ads, TikTok Ads Platform, and Google Analytics.
• Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and reporting of social media analytics (impressions, reach, click through rate, etc.) and changing campaigns to increase user engagement

WORK SETUP:

• Hybrid
• Mon to Wed (Office)
• Thurs to Fri ( WFH)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Highly proficient writer
• Bachelor degree from a top University in English, journalism, related field or comparable experience is required.
• Highly detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrable exceptional writing skills with a strong portfolio
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
• Professionalism regarding time and deadlines
• Familiar with project management software, Trello
• An excellent communicator and collaborator
• A team player who can motivate sub-employees
• Capable of hitting daily deadlines
• Pleasant, personable demeanor (face-to-face, on the phone and via email)
