• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience. • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and use insights to inform marketing strategies. • Create and manage marketing collateral, including digital and print materials, presentations, brochures, and advertisements. • Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and other digital channels, to drive engagement and brand awareness. • Plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing activities to showcase products/services and engage with customers. • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs, and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement. • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors. • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics. • Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing customers. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for new marketing initiatives and strategies. • Support the development and management of the marketing budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective use of resources. • Provide regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and ROI to management and other relevant stakeholders. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. • Proven experience (X years) in marketing or related roles, with a track record of successful campaign planning and execution. • Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market trends. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts to diverse audiences. • Proficiency in using marketing software/tools and analytics platforms. • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and concepts. • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. • Collaborative team player with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams. • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency. • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
