Job Description: • Assists in the creation of trade marketing programs / project schedules and event timelines • Coordination with external suppliers to ensure complete and timely delivery of promotions and merchandising materials, branding/signages, etc. • Assist in ideating and executing brand relevant activations in store and at key trade events, with hands-on management and close collaboration with Sales team and third party agency providers. • Tracking expenses and budgets related to third party merchandising providers, as well as trade and category activations. • Close collaboration with internal support groups, field sales and external suppliers to ensure excellent promotions and merchandising execution at point of sale • Assist in preparing operational and closure reports of merchandising, trade and consumer promotions and activations. • Assist in managing and tracking inventory of marketing materials and other collateral. Job Requirements: • Graduate of B.S. Marketing or any business related courses with good scholastic records. • Ability to clearly articulate brand values and promotions in oral and written forms of communication. • Must possess a high degree of self-confidence and be able to work in a team with strong interpersonal skills. • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday - 8am-6pm, Friday - 8am-5pm (Compressed week) San Pedro, Laguna
