Responsibilities:

• Manageand understand all aspects of Salesforce including CPQ FSL andParrot.
• Assistin the development and customization of Salesforce solutions tomeet businessneeds.
• Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and implementSalesforceenhancements.
• Providetechnical support and training to Salesforceusers.
• EnsureSalesforce integration with other business systems andapplications.
• Stayupdated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices tooptimize the platform’sperformance.

Requirements:

• Minimumof 4 years of experience with preference for 9 years in Salesforcedevelopment andmanagement.
• Provenexpertise in Salesforce CPQ (Configure Price Quote) FSL (FieldService Lightning) andParrot.
• Experiencewith Sales Cloud and other related Salesforcemodules.
• Strongverbal and written English communicationskills.
• Backgroundin a local servicebased company ispreferred.
• Abilityto work independently as well as in a teamenvironment.
• Demonstratedproblemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issueseffectively.
• Certificationin Salesforce or relevant modules is aplus.
