AllGear Digital is seeking an experienced Marketing Designer to support design needs across our portfolio of active, outdoor lifestyle brands. The ideal candidate will work quickly and collaboratively to create compelling visuals and offer formatting support for website graphics, social media posts, email newsletter layouts, branding assets, sales materials (pitch decks media kits), corporate merch and other materials as requested. Fluent English, familiarity with American culture and marketing practices, and availability during normal office hours (U.S. Pacific time) are required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and layouts for marketing collateral, including website graphics, social media posts, email newsletter layouts, branding assets, sales materials (pitch decks, media kits) and other marketing materials as requested
- Create website visuals including banners, display ads, product layouts and more.
- Create social media templates and posts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X
- Create video templates for social media across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X
- Create pitch decks, media kits and other sales support materials (including deck templates, mock-ups, and other visuals)
- Design and illustrate corporate merchandise
- Creation of in-house digital advertisements
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure design concepts align with business goals and brand guidelines
- Create mockups for custom landing pages, microsites, and site redesigns
- Manage and organize design files in location of Company’s choosing
- Adhere to graphic standards for a portfolio of brands
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing
- Other design/marketing tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Availability to work during US Pacific Time Hours (8am-5pm with a one hour lunch break)
- Fluent in English and immersed in U.S. media-based culture trends
- Design skills with proven portfolio of work
- Flexibility to turn projects around on short notice (e.g., <24 hours)
- Solid understanding of digital production workflows
- Thorough understanding of design software applications and tools, especially Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Experience creating presentations and mock-ups
- Experience creating digital display advertisements
- Ability to build upon low-fidelity prototypes and apply visual branding through typographical hierarchy, color, material patterns and iconography
- Detail-oriented and organized, able and excited to keep up with a fast-paced media environment
- Great communicator and team player with an openness to feedback and willingness to iterate on designs
