Position: Order Management Manager

Monthly Salary: Up to 1,500 USD/month (Depending on the interview result and client’s approval)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm EST

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of at least 1,000 shipments per day, ensuring each package meets our high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
• Work hand-in-hand with Customer Service and Fulfillment teams to resolve any issues related to delays, mix-ups, or system inefficiencies.
• Analyze shipping and inventory data, generating reports that help fine-tune our operations and keep our teams informed.
• Forecast inventory needs to ensure we're always stocked up, avoiding any potential stockouts.
• Elevate our customers' experience by assessing and optimizing the speed, cost, and quality of our delivery and packaging solutions.
• Constantly evaluate our shipping partners and packaging choices to ensure we're efficient, economical, and environmentally friendly.
• Keep a pulse on key performance metrics, offering insights and strategies for improvement.
• Lead the charge on compliance, working closely with legal experts and regulatory advisors to ensure every label, product description, and SFP's on our website is accurate and compliant.
• Work with experts to spearhead initiatives to maintain and improve label accuracy and compliance, ensuring we're always ahead of regulatory changes and executing accordingly.
• Take on a variety of other tasks as needed, because in this role, adaptability is key.

Requirements

• Previous experience in order management or project management, preferably in an e-commerce or supply chain setting
• Someone who has direct experience working with manufacturers, suppliers, fulfillment centers, and partners
• Familiarity with order management systems and e-commerce platforms
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in order processing
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management practices
