Summary of Position:

A dynamic marketing agency catering to 80 financial advisors and growing by 3-5 new advisors monthly, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant. This position operates on a subscription model where advisors pay a monthly fee for services.


Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

• Assist in building and managing marketing campaigns.
• Develop and automate CRM funnels using Go High-Level.

• Create engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels.

Email Marketing:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and tracking performance metrics.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze marketing data and prepare reports to track campaign performance.
• Suggest improvements based on insights.

Market Research:

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to identify opportunities.
• Make recommendations for marketing strategies.

General Duties:

• Ensure attention to detail in all tasks and projects.
• Communicate effectively using Slack.
• Utilize Google Docs and Excel for documentation and analysis.

Software Proficiency:

• Go High-Level CRM
• Slack
• Google Docs
• Excel

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software).
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
