LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CANDIDATES

Position: HR Recruiter/Virtual Assistant

Work Hours (Client): Full-time 40hrs/week M-F | EST (~12pm-8pm EST)

Holidays: Canadian holidays

Pay Range: $1000-$1100/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:

Main Duties:

We are a home care agency that helps provide personal support in Toronto. This requires scheduling caregivers to execute care plans designed by our registered nurses.

We are looking for someone to assist

  • with the screening of applications and arranging of interviews for personal support workers
  • help us support scheduling and coordination of our PSWs in their shifts and matching them with clients

Help with various administrative support to help daily operations. This would include:

  • Reviewing digital applications and resumes to screen candidates before interviews
  • Doing phone follow-ups with candidates, and initial phone screens
  • Managing applicant information on Candidate Management System (Applicant Stack)
  • Scheduling and arranging interviews
  • Performing interviews for new PSWs once comfortable
  • New caregiver orientation of key systems
  • Helping match and schedule caregivers into shifts with clients

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Tools to be Familiar:

  • Microsoft suite (including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook) is required
  • Experience with an applicant management system (such as Applicant Stack) and Ring Central is a PLUS
  • Stable internet connection and computer (phones are VOIP)

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of HR/hiring experience or customer service experience
  • Preferably some healthcare experience or training (e.g., nursing school or experience)
  • Bonus if direct experience in healthcare or personal care staffing

Other:

  • Good English Skills
  • Demeanor: Customer service and client-centric while dealing with clients, but detail-oriented since must be able to work with other schedulers in a demanding and fast-paced role
