2021 Cloud Support Engineer

Cebu City (Currently having a Temp WFH setup. We will return to the office once things are back to normal)

They are responsible for maintaining cloud computing systems.

• Provide support in troubleshooting concerns brought up by current clients.
• Assist with preventive maintenance of current servers.
• Assist with the setup and migration of clients.
• Contribute to the improvement of the current infrastructure.

Requirements:

• BS Graduate in any Technology related course (Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science)
• At least 3 to 4 years of work experience with servers
• Conversational English is a must
• Knowledge of servers, networks, client-server systems, and firewalls
• AWS or VM ware or Nutanix certified
• Customer Service experience is a plus
• Must be willing to report in our Cebu IT Park office
