Functions :

• Grow client base through new partnerships, building segmentation and engagement strategy, and prioritizing retention
• Lead the creation and management of webstores
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other Departments to gather feedback for the improvement of customer experience
• Drive growth and best-in-class customer experience by analyzing and leveraging key insights from, but not limited to, market research; developing new features and services; and finding scalable ways to create and maintain webstores
• Develop ideas for and manage implementation of campaigns
• Ensure steady and robust execution by your team in delivering exceptional experiences for our client
• Develop and establish collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholder
• Liaise with external stakeholders (e.g. payment gateways, logistics providers)

Candidate Specifications :

• Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and solutions-oriented
• Able to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Ability to use Photoshop is a plus
