We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is responsible for converting requirements and design into high-quality, efficient code that solves our customer's problems. The Senior Software Engineer will work as part of a team to deliver continual value to the business is defined periodic intervals. Our SaaS platform, Mediaportal, ingests enormous volumes of media content and uses streaming data technology paired with and machine learning to deliver media the right content to customers. They can then use the analytics capability to delve deeper into topics of interest. Mediaportal is built using popular technologies like Angular, Node.js, Python, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, and Flink for real-time analytics and data enrichment. We deploy our microservices daily to AWS to solve a whole bunch of ML problems and achieve customer outcomes the developers can actually see. If AWS, ML, and Speech to Text make sense to you we would love to show you what we do. What you'll do as a Senior Software Engineer?

• Developed new APIs, microservices, and UI components and deployed them multiple times in Production via our Continuous delivery process.
• Wrote automated unit tests, performance tests, and worked on various strategies to improve the quality of the software we deliver.
• Learned something new – for instance how to speed up your development workflow using Docker and Kubernetes or codify your build process.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Bachelor of Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic and Communication Engineer or any related courses.
• Have a min of 4 years of experience as a Backend and Frontend developer
• You're an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong exposure to building high-throughput digital and data platforms.
• You have a background in software engineering, strong experience with data structures and design patterns
• Have experience working in Agile teams
• Any exposure to AWS or other cloud services is highly beneficial!

Recruitment process & Package:

• Shortlisted candidates will be required to undertake an online technical test.
• Candidates who aced the technical test will be invited for 1-2 interviews.
• Regularization will be granted after successfully completing a 6 month probation period.
