Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Welding Production Engineering Staff to join our Production Engineering Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in technical analysis and drawings, process standardization, data management and project management.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Establish and standardize operating process
• Provides engineering support in Body Accuracy Management team
• Create body accuracy data analysis and problem analysis
• Create and interpret standard technical drawings, plans and specifications
• Evaluates, creates improvements, and conceptualize in the design of body accuracy, tooling, jig, and welding
• Perform engineering calculations to support design work

Our perfect match:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering and Management.
• Relevant work-related experience in welding technology, automotive body technology, manufacturing or production related engineering support is preferred but not required.

Skills required:

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge or background in AutoCad, Inventor, Catia, Solid Works, Polyworks or 3D Magic
• Technical analysis and technical drawings
