The Customer Relations Representative is primarily responsible for providing/processing information in response to customer inquiries and requests.
The Customer Relations Representative is under the Center for Social Communications and Alumni Affairs. He/She sees to it that students and external concerns are being addressed. Basic computer skills and social media management is required. Trainings will be provided for fresh graduates.
