Be a customer service associate. Perform a variety of support tasks to provide excellent service while also developing transferable skills.

• Dispatches/assigned Field Engineers to a client call
• Monitors email inquiries, concerns and or feedback 
• Create incident tickets
• Prepares and coordinates parts requisitions given by the Field Engineers
• Company Events
• Health insurance
• Life insurance

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Shift system

Supplemental pay types:
