2022 Data Processing Operations Officer

• To provide quality data tables to client service on assigned projects 
• To act as a contact and expert resource for tabulations on assigned projects 
• Responsible for achieving KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and SLA (Service Level Agreement) performance on deliverables to the CS team 

Responsibilities

• Generate required tables/data based on requirements set forth by client service 
• Ensuring that KPIs for each project handled are kept green (delivery & quality) 
• Compliance with process standards & project protocols shall be ensured 
• Review and make recommendations on table specifications for client service 
• Support project management team in root cause analysis & planning for resolving issues that may come 
• Quality checking of vendor output (tables/data) per project 
• Provides recommendations to Vendor Management Team Leader on methodologies 
• Provides timely data for KPI/PIS/Compliance metrics in support of project management 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields 
• Fresh graduate or with 1-year experience in operational areas in Market Research
• Excellent at logical thinking 
• Be able to work under pressure and timeliness 
• Have problem-solving skills; have a high sense of responsibility 
• Candidates with knowledge of MS Access or SQL will be highly considered 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well individually as well as in a team 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
