Responsibilities

• In charge of strategizing Onsite Marketing Solutions initiatives to grow revenue
• Responsible for establishing good working relationships with assigned sellers and helping them achieve their business objectives while also ensuring that internal KPIs are met
• Training & educating assigned sellers on how to effectively execute their onsite campaigns 
• Analyze data and craft recommendations to provide insights to sellers regarding their onsite performance
• Collaborate with internal teams within Shopee such as Marketing Solutions, Seller- Management, etc to pilot and execute Onsite programs

Requirements

• Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, -Management or any relevant study
• Fresh graduates with project management background are welcome to apply
• Open to hire candidates with 1-3 years experience in recommending and managing digital promotions and paid advertisement
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Amenable to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
• Open to flexible work arrangements depending on campaign and business needs
