Key Responsibilities

• Taking calls according to policies, procedures, and standards with defined quality
• Handling customer's concerns, queries, and complaints
• Staying updated with company policies and procedures
• Keeping company information secured and confidential

Qualifications

• Medical Allied and Life Sciences Courses (no license required)
• With good to excellent English communication skills
• Good team player
• Willing to learn and be trained
• Willing to work on-site or in a work from home setup
• Willing to work in Cebu Business Park or GAGFA Tower in Panagdait, Mabolo
