2022 Internal Audit

Mustard Seed Systems Corporation is in search for analytical, and knowledgeable INTERNAL AUDIT STAFF to be based in Kamias, Quezon City Branch!

• Conducts compliance, assurance specifically process review, tax, accounting and finance across the branches.
• Evaluates operating guidelines with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepares audit reports including executive summary and rating of the adequacy of control and risk management.
• Presents findings and practical value-added recommendations to improve risk management practices, effectiveness, and efficiency of operations.
• Assist in the investigation of issues or matters outside of the regular audit plan and perform any other duties relating to audit as assigned by executive management.
• Manages multiple projects/activities, and meets deadlines while ensuring quality audit.
• Collaborates with other audit team members and the Finance team to perform audit assignments and ad hoc reviews.
• Reviews completed files to ensure the quality of work completed, quality of audit issues and recommendations, and adherence to department standards.
• Conducts and schedules periodic cycle counts & Inventory audit across the company’s branches.
• Checks and audits check vouchers to ensure the accuracy of reports including cost centres tagging and cost recognition.
• Does Tax filing and compliance.
• Assume the work of any absent member of the Finance and Accounting team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Graduated with BS in Accountancy, Financial Management and other aligned courses.
• Experience in SAP is an advantage.
• Have basic knowledge in General Accounting.
• Have basic knowledge in Taxation.
• With at least 1-year experience in general accounting or internal audit
• Must be proficient in MS Excel.
• Agile and has great attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
