The Plant Engineer will provide technical services to support the day-to-day operations of Cable TV/Broadband networks. He/she will be assigned to the fibre under plant maintenance.

He/she will help ensure that all required group KPI and SLA are met. He/she will conduct preventive maintenance activities, thus ensuring that Network Reliability is achieved. He/she will ensure seamless service to customers which includes managing cross-functional activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering
• Must be a Licensed Engineer
• Must know how to drive and with driver's license
• With at least 6 months in the cable, telecommunication, or IT industry
• Knowledgeable in Cable TV Network, IP, and Data Networks
• Has strong RF fundamentals and is familiar with audio and video formats.
• With excellent troubleshooting and analytics skills
• Willing to do fieldwork, full time
• Willing to work in varied shifts and remains on-call in emergencies
