The Technical LEAD Management Trainee Program is a fast track program designed to help you achieve your personal career goals while learning how to make a significant impact on the Bank. As a Technical LEAD Management Trainee, you will be part of the Bank's Leadership Pipeline and take on an executive role in a period of 5-6 years. In one of the following units:

• UI/UX
• Data Science & AI
• Business Process Automation
• Infrastructure and Service Management
• IT Risk
• Information Systems Audit
• Information Security
• Programming/Development
