About the role: 

The Marketing Virtual Assistant will support the marketing team with various tasks to enhance our online presence, execute marketing campaigns, and drive engagement. This role requires a creative and organized individual who can manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:
• Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and provide analysis of marketing performance metrics.
• Content Creation:
• Create and manage content for social media platforms.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audience preferences.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Database Management: Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, with required e-commerce experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in using marketing software and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting.
