About the role:
The Marketing Virtual Assistant will support the marketing team with various tasks to enhance our online presence, execute marketing campaigns, and drive engagement. This role requires a creative and organized individual who can manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and provide analysis of marketing performance metrics.
- Content Creation:
- Create and manage content for social media platforms.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audience preferences.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Database Management: Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, with required e-commerce experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in using marketing software and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Understanding of data analysis and reporting.
