They are dedicated to providing a seamless and engaging shopping experience for their customers. As they continue to expand their online presence, they are seeking a skilled Shopify Website Merchandiser to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining product listings, coordinating site merchandising strategies, and ensuring a seamless user experience on Shopify platform. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize site performance and deliver an engaging online shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with the buying and marketing teams to plan and execute site merchandising strategies.
• Assist in the customization and maintenance of the Shopify theme to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience.
• Analyze site metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and work with the web development team to implement enhancements.
• Oversee site merchandising and promotional setup, ensuring that promotions are accurate and effective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and alignment between online and offline offerings.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in online merchandising and Shopify platform management.
• Coordinate with customer service to address customer inquiries and issues relating to the online store.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in online merchandising, e-commerce, or a similar role with a strong focus on Shopify platform management.
• Proficiency in using Shopify’s admin system, including product listing, order management, and theme customization.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, SEO, and web analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team
