🧠 About the Role

We’re seeking a talented 3D Modeller to join our creative production team, working remotely from the Philippines. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets for visualisation, animation, and interactive applications — supporting projects across architecture, gaming, and digital experiences.

This is an opportunity to collaborate closely with an Australian-based creative team, contributing to projects that demand technical precision, artistic flair, and efficiency.

🎨 Key Responsibilities

• Create, model, and texture high-quality 3D assets, environments, and props.
• Optimise 3D models for use in real-time engines, specifically Unity (e.g. Unity, Unreal).
• Work collaboratively with artists, developers, and project leads to deliver on creative briefs.
• Interpret 2D concepts and turn them into detailed 3D assets ready for animation or integration.
• Maintain efficient asset workflows and ensure files meet technical specifications.
• Participate in creative reviews, providing ideas and visual input for new concepts.

⚙️ Skills & Experience Required

• 3+ years of professional experience in 3D modelling or visualisation.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max (or equivalent 3D package such as Maya or Blender).
• Experience with Unity or other real-time/game engines.
• Solid understanding of UV mapping, texturing, lighting, and rendering workflows.
• Experience optimising assets for performance while maintaining quality.
• Ability to collaborate remotely with international teams using tools such as Slack, Asana, or similar.
• Excellent communication and English skills.
