The Opportunity

You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you contribute to the integration of Guidewire applications, performing Java-based development tasks and supporting the customization of solutions. As an Associate, you are expected to focus on learning and contributing to client engagement, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work while building meaningful client connections. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance your technical foundation in Java and gain exposure to cloud-based projects, while collaborating with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and integration of Java applications

- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements

- Participate in coding, testing, and debugging processes

- Engage in research to identify innovative solutions

- Support senior developers in delivering quality software

- Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues

- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives

- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 1 to 3 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Strong foundation in Java

- Experience developing and maintaining SOAP and RESTful web services

- Knowledge of JMS, MQ, or ESB frameworks

- Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git

- Experience with project management and documentation tools

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
