As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Must have skills and experience

· Experience managing an offshore delivery team

· Experience involved in the delivery of large-scale transformation projects

· Deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, it’s capabilities and hands on experience delivering Salesforce

· Experience building relationships with team members that last

· Experience managing complex people situations

· Understanding of AI capabilities and use cases

· Experience driving change and user adoption of new functionality or embedding new processes within a team

· Understanding of best practice deployment practices

· Decision making and problem-solving skills

Should have

· Salesforce certifications are preferred but not required

· Commercial management experience (contracting, pricing and estimating consulting engagements)

· Best practice Salesforce technical delivery principles

· Salesforce architecture understanding and experience

· Ability to support with code reviews

· Ability to support the team with Salesforce and Integration solutioning as required

Educational Qualifications:

• BS Engineering

• BS Mathematics

• BS Information Technology

• BS Computer Science or related
