Our Consumer Lending Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Binondo / San Juan in the role of Account Associate.

As an Account Associate, you will handle the setup and maintenance of approved credit facilities, monitor loan transactions, and coordinate with clients on due payments. You will also support the Relationship Manager with data gathering and reporting. Experienced AAs may manage simple credit accounts and promote the use of approved loan and deposit products.

What the Role Will Entail

• Set up and maintain approved credit lines in the Banks loan system
• Monitor loan transactions and ensure accurate posting of maturities and interest dues
• Communicate with clients regarding due payments and process collections
• Prepare documentation such as promissory notes and assist in credit facility renewals
• Coordinate with internal teams for transaction processing and account servicing
• Support the Relationship Managers in generating reports and gathering client information

What Were Looking For

• A Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience as an Account Associate in commercial or corporate lending
• Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and learning potential are welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and familiarity with banking systems
