A Glimpse into Your New Role 

You are an Account Executive, a champion in your field. As part of the A-team, your role plays an important part in our success. Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Effectively qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging in team selling (at times)
  • Upgrade and upsell existing freemium or tiered customers through outbound Lead sales cycle including opportunity sourcing (prospecting), consultation, pricing, and contract negotiation through deal close
  • Engage existing users through outbound calls and emails Maintain pipelines and Salesforce, with an emphasis on heavy email and outbound calls Meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Utilize solution and value-selling techniques along with overcoming objections to effectively guide sales processes to close
  • Prospect and identify accounts within campaign’s base that are ready for consolidation, running complex sales situations and sales campaigns

What You’ll Bring 

  • 1-3 years SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience and strong relationships with key decision-makers across Mid-market organizations
  • Process Oriented
  • Able to perform high level of tasks in a short time.
  • Able to do heavy outbound – 30-50 calls/emails a day Ability to strategically prospect into Mid-Market accounts, navigating through organizations to identify decision-makers
  • Experience operating in a high-energy, fast-paced environment focused on hyper-growth
  • Strong track record of quota attainment and outstanding performance in a customer-focused environment
  • Excellent listening and communication skills (both verbal and written), in addition to proven ability engaging with C-Level executives Inquisitive nature, with strong analytical thinking and reasoning skills
  • Ability to successfully drive revenue and growth through the development of long-term, strategic relationships with new and existing customers by navigating complex organizations
  • Strong desire and proven ability to work cross-functionally across a global organization with a solutions-focused approach
