Account Management Specialist

Company: Netziah, a business growth and operations firm serving the U.S. market through sales operations, CRM, AI automation, marketing and client delivery.

Location: Remote, Philippines-based. Department: Sales & Growth Operations. Reports to: Growth Operations Manager.

Role

Support ongoing client relationships and make follow-up commitments visible and accountable.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests, client updates and results-review meetings.


• Maintain accurate CRM records of decisions, risks and next steps.


• Escalate delivery needs and identify suitable growth opportunities for Sales.

Required qualifications

• Account coordination, client success or B2B service experience.


• Professional spoken and written English and calm problem-solving.


• Strong CRM documentation, follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Recurring-services, managed operations or agency experience.


• Client KPI reporting and cross-team coordination.
