Position Overview:


IBS Electronics seeks a dynamic Account Manager, advanced beyond a standard sales role, to harness data analytics and technology in driving significant revenue growth and forging long-term business relationships. In this key role, you'll leverage your deep understanding of the electronics market and customer needs to transform leads into enduring partnerships. Your focus will be on strategic sales initiatives, business development, informed by data-driven insights, to exceed our sales objectives and enhance customer experiences. This role also involves mentoring junior sales and customer facing staff and contributing to a culture of excellence within our team.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and cultivate key business opportunities, using advanced analytics to guide strategic sales initiatives and foster long-term partnerships.

  • Leverage data analytics to understand market trends and customer behaviors, tailoring sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas, driving revenue growth and business success.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

  • Analyze sales data and market intelligence to inform decision-making, optimize sales processes, and achieve sales quotas.

  • Efficiently manage and respond to customer RFQs (Request for Quotations), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and competitiveness.

  • Ensure accurate and effective use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems for sales tracking and customer data management.

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer success and satisfaction.

  • Lead initiatives to improve the customer journey, from initial contact through post-sales support, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales and customer facing staff, fostering skill development and a culture of excellence.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, integrating innovative solutions into the sales process.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years experience in a similar role in the electronics industry. A Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

  • Strong network and business relationships within the electronics sector.

  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing deals.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

  • Outstanding communication abilities and customer service skills.

  • High motivation, autonomous work style, and strong ethical standards.
