Salary: $1100 -$1300 USD + Bonus
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5pm Pacific Time
Position Overview: As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a large customer base, driving business growth, and identifying new sales opportunities. You will be the main point of contact for existing and new customers, managing the quotation process, negotiating terms, and fostering strong relationships to achieve growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and new customers, effectively communicating product developments and offerings.
- Manage the customer quotation process, collaborating with internal teams for approval.
- Act as an integral team player, liaising between internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Review, manage, and communicate customer sales forecasts, working closely with internal planning and operations teams.
- Maintain price lists and quotations through the finance team.
- Negotiate customer terms and conditions to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Create, present, and deliver customer quotations and sales proposals.
- Formulate sales business plans for key accounts, identifying new revenue streams for growth.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the industry, customers, trends, and updates.
- Maintain and support assigned strategic customers while identifying and developing new prospects and opportunities.
- Lead and structure recurring meetings with assigned customers.
- Stay up-to-date on business trends by attending and scheduling sales, product development, and customer conference meetings.

- Strong leadership capability and experience.
- Strong Skills in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Management preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in account management.
