JOB DE ION As an Account Manager you'll play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to our overarching business objectives. Sales Strategy and Execution: Engage in diverse sales activities, including identifying potential prospects, account management, nurturing sales leads, cultivating client relationships, and effectively closing new business opportunities. Strive to meet and surpass predetermined sales quotas, demonstrating consistent dedication to achieving or exceeding targets. 2. Account Management and Client Satisfaction: Assume ownership of assigned accounts, prioritizing client satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer support. Proactively initiate communication with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups on sales interactions to foster new avenues for business growth. 3. Client Engagement: Regularly meet with clients to understand their evolving needs and align our solutions to address these requirements effectively. 4. Responsive Communication: Maintain a swift response rate to all inquiries, sales requests, and cancellation appeals, adhering to specified response timeframes. 5. Credit and Receivables Management: Ensure adherence to approved credit limits and terms for the accounts under your purview, minimizing the risk of aging receivables. 6. Adaptive Role Fulfillment: Embrace flexibility by undertaking any additional duties or tasks as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the team. QUALIFICATIONS BA or BS degree with at least 3-5 years Sales Experience in the IT industry focusing on (Network Security, Cloud Computing and Infrastructure) Has very good resources and networking with IT channel partners or End Users is a plus Proven track record of bringing in new business and a natural ability to drive sales. Persuasive and goal-oriented Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives.
