What We Offer

The Account Manager will be part of a world-class team, where he/she will be responsible for mapping the markets in Bacolod & Iloilo, building a customer base to grow the business in the areas. The role is critical as part of the new business expansion for MCCP.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible to map Bacolod/Iloilo market – both domestic and import/export

Probes and identifies customer needs and provides solutions

Builds a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base.

Ensure successful business onboarding and contract compliance

Liaise with the Customer Service Team and Vessel Operations Team to troubleshoot customer challenges

Support the finance team with collections as and when needed

We are looking for

Experience in Sales with a good track record

Able to identify opportunities for strategic partnership

Fluency in English and local dialect if appropriate

Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment

Highly developed consultative selling approach, persuasiveness and influencing skills

Possesses self-starter qualities, independence and agility

Possess driver’s licence

Willing to be based in Bacolod/Iloilo
