We’re looking for an Account Manager – Creator Partnerships to own relationships, execution, and outcomes across our roster of podcasters and professional speakers.
This role sits at the intersection of account management, media operations, and live execution. You’ll be the primary point of contact for creators and brand partners—ensuring campaigns, sponsorships, and speaking engagements run smoothly from start to finish.
If you’ve worked in agency, media, PR, events, or client services and enjoy owning outcomes in fast-moving environments, this role is for you.
This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role. You’ll manage real clients, real creators, real deadlines, and real expectations—not tickets or dashboards.
Serve as the primary account owner for podcasters and professional speakers in our network
Act as the main point of contact for creators—managing communication, expectations, and delivery
Onboard new creators by collecting bios, headshots, media kits, tech requirements, and availability
Build trusted, long-term relationships through regular check-ins and proactive support
Ensure creators feel supported, aligned, and set up for success
Manage podcast sponsorship execution, including ad reads, approvals, timelines, and delivery
Coordinate logistics for live and virtual speaking engagements (scheduling, AV needs, run-of-show, follow-ups)
Own execution end-to-end so creators can focus on performance, not logistics
Troubleshoot last-minute changes calmly and decisively while keeping stakeholders aligned
Track account performance, sponsorship outcomes, and engagement metrics
Identify renewal, expansion, and cross-promotion opportunities within the creator network
Support upsells and add-on offerings by clearly communicating value and results
Create clear, concise success summaries for internal teams and brand partners
Ensure creators are represented professionally and consistently across all engagements
Maintain a high bar for communication, responsiveness, and execution quality
Collect testimonials, feedback, and case studies to support long-term growth
You have experience in account management, client services, media, PR, events, or agency environments
You’re comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, personalities, and priorities at once
You thrive in fast-paced, live, or time-sensitive situations
You communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with clients and creators
You are organized, detail-oriented, and dependable under pressure
This is not a traditional SaaS Customer Success role
This is not primarily a ticket-driven or dashboard-only position
This is not a passive coordination role—you will own outcomes
3+ years experience in account management, client services, media operations, PR, events, or agency roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple active accounts or engagements simultaneously
Comfortable working with creators, speakers, or external partners
Tech-comfortable with tools such as CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management tools (Asana, Monday)
Experience working with podcasts, creators, speaker bureaus, or influencer programs
Background in sponsorships, branded content, or live event execution
Strong judgment and ability to de-escalate issues professionally
Natural “host” mindset—empathetic, composed, and service-oriented
Creators who feel supported, engaged, and stay in the network
Brand partners who renew because execution is smooth and outcomes are clear
Fast, reliable response times across all accounts
Campaigns and events that run cleanly—even when plans change
