Job Description - Account Manager Creator Partnerships


Account Manager – Creator Partnerships


We’re looking for an Account Manager – Creator Partnerships to own relationships, execution, and outcomes across our roster of podcasters and professional speakers.


This role sits at the intersection of account management, media operations, and live execution. You’ll be the primary point of contact for creators and brand partners—ensuring campaigns, sponsorships, and speaking engagements run smoothly from start to finish.


If you’ve worked in agency, media, PR, events, or client services and enjoy owning outcomes in fast-moving environments, this role is for you.


This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role. You’ll manage real clients, real creators, real deadlines, and real expectations—not tickets or dashboards.


What You’ll Own


Account & Creator Relationship Management




  • Serve as the primary account owner for podcasters and professional speakers in our network




  • Act as the main point of contact for creators—managing communication, expectations, and delivery




  • Onboard new creators by collecting bios, headshots, media kits, tech requirements, and availability




  • Build trusted, long-term relationships through regular check-ins and proactive support




  • Ensure creators feel supported, aligned, and set up for success




Campaign, Sponsorship & Event Execution




  • Manage podcast sponsorship execution, including ad reads, approvals, timelines, and delivery




  • Coordinate logistics for live and virtual speaking engagements (scheduling, AV needs, run-of-show, follow-ups)




  • Own execution end-to-end so creators can focus on performance, not logistics




  • Troubleshoot last-minute changes calmly and decisively while keeping stakeholders aligned




Growth, Renewals & Upsell Support




  • Track account performance, sponsorship outcomes, and engagement metrics




  • Identify renewal, expansion, and cross-promotion opportunities within the creator network




  • Support upsells and add-on offerings by clearly communicating value and results




  • Create clear, concise success summaries for internal teams and brand partners




Brand & Professional Representation




  • Ensure creators are represented professionally and consistently across all engagements




  • Maintain a high bar for communication, responsiveness, and execution quality




  • Collect testimonials, feedback, and case studies to support long-term growth




Who This Role Is For




  • You have experience in account management, client services, media, PR, events, or agency environments




  • You’re comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, personalities, and priorities at once




  • You thrive in fast-paced, live, or time-sensitive situations




  • You communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with clients and creators




  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and dependable under pressure




Who This Role Is Not For




  • This is not a traditional SaaS Customer Success role




  • This is not primarily a ticket-driven or dashboard-only position




  • This is not a passive coordination role—you will own outcomes




Requirements




  • 3+ years experience in account management, client services, media operations, PR, events, or agency roles




  • Strong written and verbal communication skills




  • Proven ability to manage multiple active accounts or engagements simultaneously




  • Comfortable working with creators, speakers, or external partners




  • Tech-comfortable with tools such as CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management tools (Asana, Monday)




Bonus Points




  • Experience working with podcasts, creators, speaker bureaus, or influencer programs




  • Background in sponsorships, branded content, or live event execution




  • Strong judgment and ability to de-escalate issues professionally




  • Natural “host” mindset—empathetic, composed, and service-oriented
