• 4 years College Graduate (Marketing/Business Administration/Sales, or relevant field)
• With 4-5 years work experience in sales, management, account management, or relevant experience
• With experience in hotel sales is an advantage
• Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
• Proficient in using MS Office System (Basic to advanced computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills)
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
• Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person

• Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow-through on client contracts
• Must be based in Mactan or Cebu City
• Must know how to drive, with a valid Non -Professional Driver’s License
• Must have a valid Philippine passport
